Today I made the jalapeno popper things. I don't know yet what to call them. They were really good. I am not sure they are pretty. Hubby did like them but the real test is my friend's husband who loved them at the restaurant he ate at. I am excited! I am putting them in the menu as soon as I figure out what to call them. Next, the shrimp with the sushi rice!
