My everyday smoothie

I enjoy a good healthy smoothie everyday. My boys love theses smoothies and the best thing is they are good for them.


I don't really measure anything but this is a good estimate
1 cup of spinach or kale
2 tablespoons of chia seeds. They are all the rage
1/4 c of any kind of yogurt
1/2 C of milk or almond milk

1 C of frozen fruit.

1 banana. Don't skip the banana. It adds the sweetness and it helps with not tasting the spinach
Put it all in a blender and mix. Easy
