So my bff Brooke is having a sweet baby girl named Mallory. Brooke has a blog to so if you have time check it out. She is the one that is super talented. http://brooklyn924.wordpress.com/
Brooks shower is in a few weeks and I have the honor of making the food for it. Brook is a little picky in what she eats (sorry Brooke lol) So far I know she likes Moes mexican, little smokies, quiche, fruit, vegetable tray, and muffins. The shower is at 11am and we don't want really breakfasty food but more brunch....so if anyone has any ideas please let me know. That means my 2 readers please give me suggestions. Thanks everyone.
It doesn't matter what you make; it's going to be DELICTIOUS! Thanks for giving me the shout out...my talent pales in comparison to yours! It's true; you know it!
ReplyDeleteI misspelled delicious.
ReplyDeleteMy sister had a brunch recently and made those picnic potatoes...I am now minorly obsessed. Here is the recipe:
ReplyDeletePicnic Potatoes
2 lbs frozen hash brown potatoes (the little cubed potatoes)
1 can (10 ½ oz) cream of chicken soup
2 cups sour cream
½ cup margarine, melted
8 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup onion, chopped (I never put a full cup of onions—I just chop up a handful or so, unless you really like onions)
1 cup corn flakes (not frosted flakes J)—I crunch them up a little bit
Thaw hash browns for 30 min. In a 9 x 13” pan, mix the first 6 ingredients. Sprinkle cornflakes on top. Bake (uncovered) at 375 for 1 hour
