This summer we are cooking! I'm trying to teach my boys to cook. There is nothing better then a man cooking for you! So Blaine cooked encharitos . Very easy and very good.
1 can of re fried beans
1 can of red enchilada sauce
1 package of taco seasoning
Flour tortillas
Ground beef
Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup water
Brown ground beef. Once browned drain grease. Add water and taco seasoning. Stir until all meat is covered with the seasoning. Take your tortillas and spread beans on the tortilla. Put some meat on top of tortilla and roll up. Once you have all the tortillas rolled up with your mixtures pour enchilada sauce on top. Sprinkle cheddar cheese. Cover your dish with foil. Put in oven on 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
OOH! Delicious.
ReplyDeleteShawna, I am thrilled that you are teaching the boys how to cook. The creative possibilities are endless. They will learn at an early age how different spices, foods, etc, work together to make for tasty dishes. Love you!
