Stuffed Mushrooms for Mindy

This one is for my dear friend Mindy.  Mindy and I love to eat Zio's and she gets stuffed mushrooms from there just about every time.  I thought I would try to make them and they taste just like Zios.  Mindy is on a cruise for 2 weeks but when she gets back I will make these for her.  That will be the real test!
