What another shopping haul?

I've been going through some hard times and what helps is shopping. So I have another mini haul of things. First trip was to Marshall's with my sidekick Blaine. I saw a ton of stuff I wanted but I couldn't go to crazy. I got some tea tree oil which is good for acne. I added a few drops of oil to a mini spray bottle and added water to fill it up. I spray it on my face before bed and in the morning. I also use it to set my makeup. Next was a box of green tea. Green tea has a ton of health benefits so I try to drink a cup daily. On to Target.....I got the most adorable outfit for Audrey. It's the aqua one piece. I was in need of a boppy cover instead of the ugly dinosaur one I have. Love it! Essie nail polish in mint candy apple. Chocolate chips are always a must at our house. Last stop Children Place.... Not a huge fan of that place but got some cheap shades for my boys. Hubby came home from Gymboree with the nautical outfit for Audrey. Can you tell this girl is spoiled?

Why can't I have that?

Have you ever looked at these amazing decorating blogs and wonder why does their house look so clean? I wonder if they ever have a cup left out or do they not drink in that room only in the kitchen. I'm going to show my everyday living room pic then my "blog" picture. Don't judge we really "live" in this house.

Another shopping trip

Yep I went on another shopping trip. Actually my mom got most of my stuff. My mom got these maxi dresses at Walmart. I like them and they are super comfy to wear around the house or to a soccer game. My mother also got the cool summer nail polish at Walmart. I have not ever tried to brand but I'm excited to. I got the cute shoes at target. I like how casual yet more dressed up then flip flops. My son took the pictures of me and even though I feel like I look horrible I am not about to try on the clothes again. So it is what it is.

Frappuccino

I'm obsessed with frappuccinos. They are so so good! My favorite is McDonald's Carmel frappuccino. It is amazing but it gets a bit expensive when I get one everyday. So I had to figure out a way to make my own.

Again I do not measure

About 1 C of cold coffee
1/4 C of ice
Whip cream
Carmel to drizzle on top or you can add it to make it a Carmel frappuccino.
A little milk to your liking.

Mix in a blender

My everyday smoothie

I enjoy a good healthy smoothie everyday. My boys love theses smoothies and the best thing is they are good for them.

I don't really measure anything but this is a good estimate
1 cup of spinach or kale
2 tablespoons of chia seeds. They are all the rage
1/4 c of any kind of yogurt
1/2 C of milk or almond milk

1 C of frozen fruit.

1 banana. Don't skip the banana. It adds the sweetness and it helps with not tasting the spinach
Put it all in a blender and mix. Easy

My shopping trip to target and Carters

I got away for about an hour and did some shopping. It is therapeutic to shop for me. I got me some new shades and love the pink for summer. The shirt is just a classic tank which will be cute with a statement necklace. The bananas are for my daily smoothie which I will put the recipe on tomorrow. Maybelline fit concealer is something I am excited to try. I have heard good things about it. I also wanted try the Maybelline eye shadow in champagne fizz. The Starbucks drink is used for my frappuccinos. I love making those. I also use the whip cream for that. I got a new curling iron but I'm not sure I like it. Next stop was Carter's. I could not say no to this adorable outfit. It is a 3 piece outfit for $12! Love my shopping days but now out of money :(
